Rene Marie Russo was an American actress, director, and supermodel. Her elegant and beautiful beauty Marie can be seen in her long-lasting career as a performer and actress. Rose Namajunas has been one of UFC's most prominent female athletes. She began her professional career as an amateur athlete participating in various regional promotion prior to joining Invicta Fighting Championships. Namajunas is a Lithuanian born American born on June 29, 1991 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Rose participated in kickboxing and basketball while growing up. Dana White noticed this and in December 2014, at the age of 22 she signed her to fight as a strawweight for UFC. Rose was a high-flyer but she's also experienced lows throughout her career, yet she has always come to the winning. Rose took on Carla Esparza in April 2015 in the Women's Strawweight Title. The fight was won by technical knockout within 3 minutes of the first round. This was the first women to compete to win a title in any major organization worldwide. Namajunas continued to have many wins, including two wins over Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Performance of the Night from UFC.
